Refund and Returns Policy

How to Return an Item

1. To begin your return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing hello@modern-iconic.com with:
   Your order number
   Reason for return
   Photos of the item (if faulty or incorrect)
2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address. Returns without authorisation may be refused.
3. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging and ensure it is in an unused, resalable condition.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
   We recommend using a tracked, insured courier service
5. Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded
   Returns will not be accepted after 14 days

Refunds

1. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item.
2. Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
3. Returns that are not in their original packaging, or that are damaged or assembled, may incur a deduction of up to 40% from the product’s value.
4. If we deem the item unfit for resale, the return may be refused and the item returned to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

1. Please email hello@modern-iconic.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include a description and clear photographs of the issue.
3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Product Images & Colour Variations

Please note:

1. Product colours may appear differently on screen due to individual display settings, lighting and resolution.
2. Natural materials such as leather, fabric, and wood may vary in tone and texture.
3. Leather shades may vary slightly between batches, which is a natural characteristic of genuine leather.
4. Images are intended as a visual representation of the final product. As many of our pieces are individually handcrafted using natural materials, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish. These subtle differences are part of what makes each item unique and should not be considered defects.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:
Special order items not held in our standard inventory.
