Made-to-Order Production Time
All of our products are handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. As a result, please allow up to 16 weeks from the date of purchase for production and delivery. We appreciate your patience—perfection takes time.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Lead Time: Up to 16 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be delivered together or separately depending on production timelines and logistics.
You will receive regular updates via email on the status of your order, including a confirmation once your item is ready for dispatch.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure that your items are handled with care from our workshop to your home. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive tracking details and an estimated delivery window.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery within the UK mainland. If you require delivery outside of this area, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to discuss options.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item(s) on delivery. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
